FAQs

What is the consistency? The Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency that is similar to coconut oil, one of the key ingredients in the formula. Just like coconut oil, it can become thicker in cooler temperatures, and become more liquid in warmer temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of the product and doesn't affect its quality or effectiveness.

Will it leave my skin shiny/greasy? This rich and silky body balm can leave a pearl-like luminescence when applied to dry skin and leaves more of a matte finish when applied to damp skin.

What does it smell like? A pure essential oil blend with warm jasmine, rose geranium and subtle basil!

How do I unlock and use the pump on my product?

1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.

What is the packaging made of and how can I recycle it?
